      Payments are required at time of booking when paying by credit card. We accept all major credit cards.

      We service all areas in central London and surrounding areas.

  • Minimum booking
    • Minimum booking amount

      Minimum booking amount for all appointments is £40.00.

  • Transportation fee
    • Transportation fee

      Transportation fee will apply ONLY if the service is required outside our covered areas.

      Your health and safety is important to us. All of our therapists and technicians are highly trained and licensed. However, we request you advise us of any medical history before treatment to ensure your health and safety.

      Your Privacy is fully respected. We respect your rights to privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All personal details are kept in the strictest confidence and are used only for the purpose of providing you with our professional service.

  • Cancellation policy
    • Cancellation policy

      Cancelling or rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior to your appointment with no penalties. Appointments booked within 24 hours will require full payment at time of booking. Private events will require reasonable advanced notice for any cancellations or changes made to the booking. 

  • Gratuity
    • Gratuity

      Gratuity is not included in the cost of service and is recommended at discretion of customer.
